Policy reform often falls down in implementation. Systemic change effort has to work both vertically across local, state and federal lines and horizontally linking multiple sectors, institutions and communities.

My work often happens in these 'in-between' spaces. I re-frame problems, and design new service models, like a new national employment service system.

Ultimately, I work with policy folks, community and service providers to make sure that social policies enable people to live the lives that they value.
